Mr. Pareyon graduated from the Universidad de las Américas- Puebla, earning his Law Degree and admitted in 2002 to practice Law in Mexico.

In 2000 he studied a Certificate on Law and International Political Economy in Oklahoma University and in 2003 he completed a Certificate on NAFTA from The Washington Center in Washington, D.C.

In 2009 he was conferred the Degree of Masters in Laws in Business and Corporate Law from the University of San Diego.
