Raul Pareyon Castillo, born in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico on October 19th., 1960. Mr. Pareyon obtained his law degree from Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City and was admitted to the bar in 1987; member of the National Association of Corporate Attorneys (1988). Formerly associated with the lawfirm of Cervantes, Pareyon y Bustamante, S.C. (1988-1992). Actual partner in the Firm of Bustamante, Escandon y Pareyon, S.C.
